The site is laser-measured wall to wall — every deviation recorded to a ±3mm tolerance before a single panel is cut.

Fabrication
Panels are CNC-grooved and edge-banded in our workshop. Flutes cut 8mm deep at a 40mm pitch — the rhythm of the wall.

Finishing
Sealer-sanded between coats, then hand-rubbed matte PU at a 10° sheen — low glow, no glare.

Installation
PVC click-locks over the batten grid; 18mm slats fix on 3.5×35mm screws at 300mm centres. Dustless, nights if needed.
